After the Christmas/New Year wind down, a critical look at the current cleaning arrangements for your office facility is a great way to kick off the new year.
The key questions to consider:
“Does the current service arrangement meet the requirements of the business?”
Ask yourself these 5 simple questions:
- Is the building clean?
- Is the level of hygiene satisfactory?
- Is the frequency of service adequate or inadequate?
- Does the current cleaning scope of work cover all areas that need to be serviced?
- Is the current cleaning team meeting the requirements of the specification or ‘Scope of Work’
