Duticall Ranked Number 2 in Queensland
This month Queensland Business Review produced its annual Queensland
2006 Book of Lists. QBR claim that this is the state's leading
business-to-business directory and this year covers a record 59 industry
categories.
Under Commercial Cleaners, Duticall is ranked Number 2.

Cleaning Acoustic Ceilings
In the last two months, due to a number of heavy showers (despite the drought),
Acoustic Clean has been involved more in the replacement of water-damaged
acoustic panels rather than the cleaning of ceilings.
The one exception to this is a large contract, currently in progress, requiring
the cleaning of mineral-fibre ceilings for a Brisbane hospital. A more detailed
report should be available at a later date when the work is finished.

Martin is a Duticall Contractor of 9 years standing and understands the
importance of "going the extra mile" to ensure Client satisfaction. Whilst
adhering to the Planned Cleaning Specification originally agreed between
Duticall and Watpac management, Martin still allows sufficient flexibility
in procedures to enable him to cope with extra Client needs such as function
clean ups.
Facility Management
Under Duticall's Facility Management arrangements, Martin also keeps an eye
on toilet stocks such as hand towels, toilet rolls and liquid soap and reports
immediately if replacement is needed.
Security
A company relies on its cleaning team becoming an integral part of its security
procedures and Martin recognises this responsibility at Watpac. When he and
his team leave the premises, he ensures that all doors required to be locked
are locked and he reports any lapses in security as quickly as possible.
