The Duticall Difference

In 1990 the Duticall business was started in Brisbane… not just as a conventional cleaning business but as a New Concept in Cleaning and Maintenance.

Duticall's target market is the "small to medium-sized" business looking for a more personal and caring service.

Duticall was the first business in Australia to introduce this new system of cleaning management.

Adrian Hinwood and Frank Wagner, founders of Duticall (pictured right), recognised that in order to achieve quality, service and reliability in the cleaning industry, greater responsibility had to be undertaken at operator level … in return for higher rewards.

The Duticall system requires Contractors to demonstrate their commitment by investing their own money in each contract. This represents their performance bond.

In return for this commitment they are paid at least 75% of the monthly billing charge. This combination ensures that Duticall Contractors have a vested interest in their Clients' satisfaction.

The Growth of Duticall

Duticall started in 1990 with 1 person in the office. There are now 8 office support personnel and 95 teams of committed Duticall Contractors.

In the last 3 years net growth has exceeded 15% a year.

Cleaning Acoustic Ceilings

The use of acoustic tiles has become a standard concept in present day architecture. There is an assortment of different panel types in use … the most common examples are - factory painted or vinyl-coated gyproc and mineral fibre.

These tiles have been designed to absorb sound, to be flame resistant and provide light reflection. They may also come in a variety of aesthetically pleasing patterns.

Unfortunately, with the need to access the ceiling spaces above, these tiles can become very dirty. Electrical and air-conditioning contractors are not prone to wearing gloves. In some specialised areas smoke, grime and grease can also adhere to the surfaces.

Conventional cleaning methods are not very effective and can damage the tiles or leave them streaked and patchy.

Painting the tiles will destroy the sound absorption value and the fire resistant properties of the ceiling and eventually the covered-up dirt will bleed through again.

Replacing the tiles is an expensive option but one that owners and managers are often forced to take.

Fortunately there is another answer and one that will warm the heart of the most budget-conscious. The process, carried out by Acoustic Clean Brisbane, involves the application of chemical solutions in a spray mistform. The chemicals absorb the impurities on the ceiling and as the chemicals evaporate the impurities and dirt are drawn out. This same process can also be used to clean walls.

Acoustic Clean can also replace tiles which are badly marked or water stained and make minor grid repairs.

This cleaning system restores luminosity, can be carried out quickly and efficiently without noise and mess and can save up to

90% of replacement cost
or
75% of repainting cost
