Regular Communication
At the start of your contract,
Duticall telephones You every week to confirm that you are happy with the
service. Later, at your request, this contact can be modified to a fortnightly
or monthly call.
Facility Management
Duticall staff will organize
ancillary services such as - carpet cleaning, window cleaning, wall and ceiling
cleaning (see Acoustic Clean below), special floor maintenance and provision
of janitorial supplies. All of the services You require are scheduled in
a computerised database which automatically highlights when they are due.
Duticall staff need only liaise with You to ensure that the work is carried
out in a timely manner.

handle any problems that may arise, including organising special once-off
work, and will always ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final
outcome.

Your own support manager
The manager You initially
meet who puts together your cleaning proposal will also be the one who introduces
You to your Duticall Contractor and ensures your continued satisfaction with
the service.
Insurance Cover
A master policy has been negotiated
by Duticall to cover all Duticall Contractors up to $20 million whilst on
your premises.
Security of keys
All keys are tagged, coded and
marked "reward to finder" with a telephone number. In 16 years of operation
in Brisbane there have only been 8 cases of lost keys and most were ultimately
found or returned as a result of Duticall's key security programme.
