The 8 support staff have been with Duticall for between 3 and 17 years. Their
combined experience with the cleaning industry now totals 92 years!
 Adrian Hinwood (left), co-founder and MD of Duticall,
operated a similar cleaning management business in the UK for 13 years and
was the first to bring the revolutionary concept to Australia. His early
training was in
accountancy. Adrian is MD and has been responsible for
developing the Client and Contractor system software which is key to the
efficiency of the business.
Frank Wagner (right) met Adrian in 1989 and together they developed
the Duticall business. Previously Frank had been the state manager of a logistics
company. Frank is Sales Director of Duticall and also manages the acoustic
ceiling cleaning operations (see below for more details).
Kathy Hinwood (below left) spent 12 years in England where she met
Adrian. She worked for his UK cleaning management company
 for 4 years and was involved in the system design which
now underpins Duticall's operation. Kathy and Adrian later married and came
to Australia in 1988. She officially joined Duticall shortly after its start-up
in 1990. Kathy, who is Administration Manager, also has
 responsibility for Client and Contractor liaison and credit
control.
Helen Scott (right) now contract manager, joined Duticall in 1998
and her first job was 'phoning prospects to make appointments for the directors
to visit and explain the Duticall system. From there Helen moved into
administration so as to fully understand the support system before she took
on a "sales" role in 1999. Helen maintains a strong bond with both her Clients
and Contractors.
Kate Mitchell and Rachel McDonald (below) have been administrative
assistants to Kathy since 2004. Whilst Kate is responsible for Client and
Contractor data processing, Rachel maintains the prospect database. Both
Kate and Rachel liaise with Clients each week to ensure they are happy with
the cleaning service.

Angela Panagaris has worked for Duticall for nearly 4 years and Sue
Ramsey for 5. (Photos below)
Both will be well known to prospective clients because of the regular telephone
calls they make to see if Duticall could be of service.
Angela and Sue's work contributes to over 50% of new business acquired.
