![]() Mrs. Joe was a very clean housekeeper, but had an exquisite art of making her cleanliness more uncomfortable and unacceptable than dirt itself. ~Charles Dickens ----------------------------------- Does Your Cleaning Company Ring YOU?Unlikely they probably feel they have more urgent and important things to do like managing their own administrative matters or chasing up new business.
Duticall rings YOU, the Client, because it knows that providing good Client service gives the company an edge over its competitors and promotes stronger business relationships. It is also a better way of preventing problems and allows for any problems that do arise to be quickly resolved. Kate and Rachel (seen right), whose responsibility it is, will establish a rapport with their particular Clients and will
The aim is to solve any problem, satisfy the Client that the agreed course of action will be swiftly taken and ensure that the matter is followed up to a successful conclusion. Under the Duticall system new Clients are rung every week to ensure they are happy with the service. As the relationship matures these calls may be deferred to a monthly basis. If a problem arises the regular contact reverts back to a weekly basis. Currently, Duticall makes over 1,000 telephone calls a month in pursuit of excellence in Client service.
Duticall Asks a Client "Are You Happy?"
Its mission is to be the world's premier supplier of manufactured shelter products that provide 'excellence' to their customers. For over 50 years ATCO Structures has supplied manufactured products to over 100 countries. Image right: ATCO's famous portable buildings Duticall had originally cleaned their Brisbane offices in Crestmead from March 2000 until May 2002 at which time the company decided to take the cleaning service in-house. However, in May 2003 ATCO re-appointed Duticall. When asked about the Duticall system, particularly the regular "Are You Happy?" telephone call, Carolyn Jones from ATCO said - "I find it very useful to have Duticall ring me it acts as a memory jogger so that I can mention any little points that I've been meaning to pass on to the cleaners. If there were any problems, these could also be addressed but fortunately the husband and wife team (Jun and Ava), who look after us, do an excellent job and the phone call is more an exchange of information." ATCO have also recently taken advantage of the Acoustic Clean wall cleaning service (see below).
Whilst Acoustic Clean specialises in the cleaning of acoustic ceilings, it has also found that the application of the particular mix of chemicals is also highly effective in cleaning plaster walls. Last month ATCO Structures Pty Ltd in Crestmead, who is also a Client of Duticall (see above), wanted all of their internal walls cleaned on both ground and first floors. Using a team of four, it took six and a half hours to complete the job. Carolyn Jones, who organised the work for ATCO, said - "we were very happy with the finished result especially in view of the considerable savings that were made by not having to re-paint".
