Step One

We Assess Your Requirements

  • A walk through of the site with Requestor, assessing specific needs by location and all inclusions / exclusions, for regular ongoing cleaning
  • Confirm if proposal should include additional time during the Initial Clean or if Periodic tasks (eg carpet cleaning, window washing) should be included
  • Confirm requirement for Managed Services eg provision of Washroom Supplies
  • Duticall documents all dimensions, surface types and fixtures during site survey
  • Confirm proposed contract start date, frequency and times to service

Step Two

Designing And Submitting A Plan For You


  • Design a tailored management plan (the proposal) for your premises covering RegularCleaning plus any required Periodic Cleaning or Managed Services
  • Proposal submitted for your approval and formal response accepting Specification and terms and conditions
  • Proposal modified, if required, based on feedback

Step Three

Getting Started

  • We identify and select the most appropriate cleaning personnel
  • Prior to starting, an Induction meeting is scheduled with Client/Duticall/Cleaner(s), to familiarise cleaners with the premises, review site cleaning specification, safety assessment, access details and security requirements
  • Cleaners resourced for site needs
  • New vendor documentation sent for client to complete and return

Step Four

Service Delivery And Quality Control

  • THE FIRST CLEAN
  • Client contacted the day after the first clean to confirm if all expectations have been satisfied
  • Weekly contact for first month (or longer if required)
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Ongoing monthly contact
  • Immediate (within 1 business day) follow up of issues

Step Five

Scheduling Periodic ServicesSchedule

  • Quoting (if not within Specification) and scheduling of any periodic services eg, mid year carpet clean, Christmas period window cleaning etc..
